I have been a loyal Konditor customer for over 20 years , so they were my first choice for our wedding cake. Unfortunately, the experience was incredibly disappointing and the resolution offered was an insult. I requested a specific inscription: Name "heart" Name. I was initially told "Yes of course you can have this design!" and that they could put a heart on the inscription. Instead, the cake arrived with a text-style "<3" symbol.
