If I could give minus stars I would. I am currently 30 weeks pregnant and really fancied a kfc. So I order a filet tower meal and received mouldy food. I am so disgusted I couldn’t even eat the chips as I was completely disgusted and put off my food. Also this was 3 different burgers that me and my family ordered.

I recently visited the KFC London Queensway branch at 54 Queensway and wanted to share my honest experience based on what I saw and from reading other customer reviews as well this location has a solid 4.2 rating from over 3000 reviews on Uber Eats which is quite impressive for a fast food restaurant in a busy London area the restaurant holds a Food Hygiene Rating of 5 which gives good peace of mind about food safety standards The food quality receives plenty of praise from regular customers many reviews mention that the chicken is lovely and tender with some calling it the best fried chicken
