The till with a human should be always open. Dated, dark store. Staff is friendly. I hate self service checkouts and the normal till is rarely open which is frustrating. Over the store you have a paid car park. Inside the store there are toilets and argos. Toilets are not accessible for wheelchairs users as there are steps and the entrance is narrow. You can buy I think hot costa coffee. There are real plants and cards too. The car park is accessible as you have lifts to go. Leatherhead is sad place and sainsbury could uplift this miserable place by investing some money into new, lighter light

I had a really disappointing experience at Sainsbury’s Leatherhead. I was initially spoken to with attitude, seemingly because of my age, but I chose to let it go. Then I was questioned for quietly swearing during a phone call — it was 7:40am, there were no children around, and I wasn’t being loud. A manager then told me that this would be my “last time shopping here,” which left me genuinely shocked. Completely uncalled for and very unprofessional. Seen shoplifters treated with more respect

I wanted to thank Kelly and Sam for amazing customer service! On my first visit, I was in a rush and had to complete a bulk buy very fast. Kelly went above and beyond to support me. She helped me to get a trolley (when I forgot coins), opened a till just for me and made my day! Today, having recognised me, Kelly asked how I was. Kelly, thank you for being so welcoming & friendly. We need more amazing people with great customer service like the one you provide.
