Nice old pub located just up from the bus station in the way to Leeds centre. Came for a quick drink, been here many times and always enjoyed a visit here. Rock metal vibe but very casual during daytime. Good choice of usual drinks at reasonable prices. Service was friendly and helpful. Very nice beer garden. One of my favourite pubs in Leeds.

A CAMRA Good Beer Guide pub with up to 12 real ales. Two large rooms and a lovely rear beer garden plus seating out front. A very popular live music venue. Madge loves it. We affectionately know it as the " Village of the Damned pub." Can get a very eclectic clientel.

Incredible place for live music, a real nice buzz to the place, tends to attract authentic 'music' type people. Very welcoming with no airs and graces. Bands play every day. Beautiful and very large beer garden to the rear. Real ales etc on draft. Good pint. Decent prices. Haven't tried the food. Highly recommend this place.

Another great time at the Duck and Drake last Tuesday (21 April 2026). Superb service, lovely garden, fantastic drinks and great company. What could possibly go wrong?
