Unsure about the whole experience to be fair, reading other reviews it seems some may have got in at a better time and actually managed to enjoy it but personally I found it upsetting and uncomfortable. The staff are really lovely and clearly and just trying to do their job and the place was kept well clean and tidy so no issues that way at all. The place in general however I feel needs a minimum age limit, we witnessed kids chasing, tormenting and chucking toys at cats constantly. The entrance fee is £9, and you can order any food and drinks you like, the prices are very affordable. There are many cats, all of them super cute, and you can play with every one of them. The staff are attentive, friendly, and take great care of the place.

I’m going to echo just about every cat lovers response to this place. Age limits please! The staff are amazing, food was wonderful. The atmosphere is far too chaotic for felines in general, let alone ones that may have faced a trauma. Children were running, screaming, jumping on couches and chasing the cats. Most cats were terrified. I wanted to love this place but the experience has left me very sad for the cats that are stuck there.

I was left feeling disappointed with my visit. The staff seemed disinterested, very slow service to get in and when trying to order. We did visit towards the end of the day but the cats seemed playful and liked to explore. The building itself is very well decorated and plenty of amenities for the resident felines. You are free to move around to see the other cats but remember to abide by the clear rules which are common sense to keep everyone safe. If the staff seemed to be more engaged, I would happily give an extra star or two.
