This was our 1st visit to Oriental City! It was very busy when we arrived (Father's Day) but we were seated after a short wait. The restaurant is much busier than expected. Our group all selected dishes from the Dim Sum menu. All arrived very quickly and was very tasty. There is an overflow car park if the one outside is full/busy.

I recently visited Oriental City for the first time. The restaurant itself is clean, nicely presented, and the food was decent, which is why it’s disappointing that the service let the experience down so badly. From the moment we sat down, the staff seemed impatient and unwelcoming. We had barely opened the menu before being repeatedly asked what drinks we wanted. The customer service was extremely disappointing. When we arrived, we stood at the front waiting area for at least five minutes while multiple staff walked past us without acknowledging us — no greeting, no smile, nothing. We eventually had to ask for a table ourselves. Once seated, we were handed menus with no offer of drinks. After 20 minutes of no service, we had to ask for tea ourselves, which then took another 20 minutes to arrive. It also took more effort to flag someone down just to place our food order. Excellent food and dim sums, well priced, we had the beef flat noodles, siu mai, dumplings etc all tasted very good. Definitely worth a visit
