This place serves the best croissants! Their mango milkshake was perfectly sweet and smooth while the mint tea, despite its comical amount of mint leaves, was refreshing. The cheese toastie was very filling and the chocolate fudge cake was incredible, especially when enjoyed with some whipped cream.

Had the most beautiful breakfast which set me up for a day of exploring the sights of Leicester. If you fancy an alternative to your English breakfast, then head to Pieros and order the Marrakesh Breakfast. For under £10 you get a ramakin of Mudamas (which is like warm hummus) another of baked Eggs topped with salsa and olives, plain and filled tortillas with cheese and a pot of traditional mint tea. This vegetarian dish delights the taste buds and is very filling! Breakfast was made to order so expect a bit of a wait while it's being lovingly prepared - it'll be well worth it. I didn't try
