The staff are so rude and lack proper communication skills. The staff was literally shouting on me and my mum last night, I requested to speak to the manager and was denied access to the manager by the lady at the front desk. I eventually left in annoyance and I overheard one of the staff muttering I should get out and he won’t be serving me. I am adding more to this review to respond to the response that was received from the previous one, because I can see that not only that the staff are very rude, they’re also pathetic liars and the management is twice as worse. We visited Riverside Thai restaurant to celebrate a birthday, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish in a beautiful restaurant. The staff truly went above and beyond. We went for set menu B (pictured), was a lovely menu well balanced with fresh tasty ingredients. Thank you all very much, highly recommended!!

Twelve of us booked a table for a reunion. The food was fabulous - several of us commented it was the best Thai food we've had. The decor is very tasteful, toilets very clean, and the service was very friendly although we seem to have been forgotten about towards the end of the meal even though the restaurant wasn't busy.
