We sat in, ordered our food, went to order a steak, they ran out but had steak sandwiches and didnt offer, waited half an hour for our starters and had to ask for our drinks to be giving to us. (Excuse: we are busy, they were not) gave our starters back and waited over an hour for our mains. Our food came cold and dry. They told us they didnt have skinny fries as they went to an order online, they brought out chunky chips for free, then followed by skinny fries. Service was quick. Drinks. Then came back took our order which came in a reasonable time it was hot and delicious we had the chicken and brisket stack , we where asked several times during our meal was all ok and did we need anything, plates lifted after we finished fairly quickly and offered desert menu which i had strawberry sundae yum, and partner had sticky toffee pudding which we enjoyed , definitely be back an enjoyable experience with pleasant, attentive staff

visited 29/10/2021 - good visit, the chicken options were halal so was able to partake and as a family we enjoyed the chicken stacker, the double chicken Caroline burger, the buffalo chicken wings, the mushroom starter, the garlic bread with cheese n onions, the milkshakes & the ice cream. The service & experience were exceptional and had various team members work together to make the visit a memorable one. The restaurant is family friendly and provided a high chair for our granddaughter. Definitely recommend a visit and try the fab eats ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Do not order from this place! I ordered the food at 6pm on Deliveroo and called the place at 7:30pm asking about the food as on my delivery app drivers kept cancelling the order. The person on the phone from Boston grill said that I should just cancel the order even though it had reached nearly 8pm and was literally no help at all! I asked for some help and the lady on the phone was so rude and said for me to cancel as she could do anything to help me. I really do not recommend this place to anyone as the staff obviously don’t care about anyone getting food from them.
