Since the introduction of the screens, quality and service have gone massively downhill. This is the third time I've not had a full order of ingredients - which is frustrating when I'm sitting down to eat 2 miles from the store. Salad was missing last time; seasoning this visit. Ironically I did ask before they wrapped and said everything was there. Staff don't seem to be following the instructions or there must be a disconnect between the ordering kiosk and what they're presented with on screen.

The other day I had to wait too long for food and there was shouting behind the kitchen, wowie Zowie it was bad. There was one staff member who could tell his mental health was below the belt of depressing. I can never imagine taking my children to this establishment, how do you treat/ make food that is subpar, my foot looked more delicious that day!!!!

We ordered 2 subs on Saturday 30th. The male staff member who put the salad on our subs had EXTREMELY dirty black nails that was evident when he was wearing the clear gloves. This would addressed given this is a food facility where food standards should be high.

Don't bother going in, they only care about online. The screens weren't on so they decided that the long line of customers Infront of them wasn't important enough to acknowledge and continue making the online orders. When I had already been there for a good 10mins I asked if they coyput on the screens so we could still order and I was told they were broken and I had to wait until they finished all the online orders. I was in a lot of pain by this point so we left
