The polite and helpful staff at Bainloch Deer Park gave me an unforgettable weekend. The deer I saw during the tour were also truly memorable. Even if you don’t join the tour, you can buy some feed to give to the deer, which makes the experience even more special. It’s something I will never forget in my life.

AVOID! Asked for medium rare & was provided well done, I asked politely for the steak to be made as instructed (with a name like beef eater you’d think they would know how to cook beef evidently not ) the well done over cooked steak I was originally provided was reproduced back to me with the only addition of the missing sauce that they forgot to put on the side. The staff apologised and refunded me (now as I was a table of 2 you’d think this was a complimentary refund as a sorry for mucking this up so badly) no they just refunded it & Canceled so we sat there a further 10 mins waiting on a m

We were greeted by Louise who despite being understaffed was very welcoming and helpful. She was dealing with multiple customers on her own and yet managed to do it all with a smile and a professional attitude. Our food was served very quickly and was warm and tasty (a thank you to the chef also). Will come again.
