Lovely staff and food is well presented and of a good quality without a big expense. There's a good selection of beers and was playing xmas / chart music in the background which set a jolly mood. I'd come back again next time I'm in this neck of the woods.

Excellent outdoor meal with wonderful friendly service. I had the Unicorn burger with crunchy onion rings, steak strips, peppercorn sauce and homemade chips. The pint of Timothy Taylor's Landlord went down a treat.

Not sure what happened to this place. Used to be a nice atmosphere and great food but seems to have gone downhill. Staff get argumentative if you tell them you don't have a table number, even though there wasn't a table number on table. The kids had pizza from children's menu but couldn't eat it because it was spicy. Why would you make a children's pizza spicy?? Staff don't seem interested, especially the waitress who when I gave some feedback about food she just said, I dunno... Shame I won't be returning because use to love this place
