What an absolute marvel, thank you to Rahim at the till and Tolu serving my #1 Chicken burger. Honestly, the standard of service is high & the food is exactly like it is in the pictures. McDonalds, KFC, Burger King are a thing of the past, fake pics, cold & tiny portions with little taste. Bim's is the best, hot, fresh & the same as the pictures. Excellent customer service, professional.

The burgers weren’t crispy at all the coating kept falling off and it was just dry chicken pieces also the sauce inside the burger was way to less. The masala cheese fries are just red chilli powder on the fries and cheese sauce to not really good. We even changed the fries because they weren’t warm and they weren’t warm the next time as well. Never coming again. Just the mojito was refreshing.

I and my fiancé were looking somewhere to eat before going to the cinema to watch a movie later and notice this place. It had a simple vibe and the menu is very good. You had options for burgers, chicken nuggets, fries, drinks and desserts. It was only loud because of the children but kids can be loud and that is normal. The food was very good. And the drinks were nice. Now you got to be careful ordering if you have a gluten, dairy and nut allergies. As I looked up the company to learn more about them and learn their a halal friendly fast food place, and I have no issue with it as it means tho
