We also shared a selection of classic Southern Italian starters, which were just as flavourful. Visited Aug2025. An outstanding restaurant and bar. Food is immaculate, packed with flavour. Wine list is long. Bar is well-stocked. Service is very attentive, and tunes in with its guests very well, including humour when appropriate to do so. Pics: mushrooms in tomato sauce, fresh tuna steak (medium-rare), Sicilian cannoli.

Can not fault. The place is superbly decorated, giving a real higher class feel. Our food was absolutely amazing, I had the king prawns in spaghetti. The sauce was thick and silky. The cherry tomatoes were incredible, but the spaghetti !!!!! It was cooked to perfection. My wife, on the other hand, had a margarita pizza (not very adventurous). Still, she said it was delicious and well worth the money. I can't recommend carriages enough, and it's going to be my new Thursday night restaurant.

Been here a couple of times now, once during the week and once on a Sunday for a roast. Food here doesn't disappoint. Good menu options, reasonable priced and nicely done. The staff and team are wonderful and friendly. Often they have music playing in the outside seating area which is a nice touch. Great date night place.
