I ordered from Gao Express recently and ended up really enjoying the food a lot more than I expected. The portion they gave me was huge — easily enough for two people — and everything on the plate tasted freshly cooked. The beef in the sauce was probably my favourite part; it was tender, slightly smoky, and the sauce had a really nice depth without being too heavy. We ordered from here as our usual Chinese is not open on a Monday. Delivery was on time and the app easy to use. However the food itself was below standard, the chicken balls were very heavy and tough to eat, the food arrived cold and the beef was chewy overall a disappointing meal for over £40

The whole team is friendly and welcoming, but I have to give a special shoutout to the famous boss man – he truly goes above and beyond. He’s professional, kind, and makes every visit enjoyable.
