Booths St Annes is a wonderful store. I live in St Annes and am a regular visitor to this store and its excellent cafe. There are many lovely cafes in St Annes..but for me this is one of the best & my favourite. The food and coffee are very high quality. The staff are smart efficient & friendly led by Mandy cafe manager who is always on hand ensuring the cafe runs smoothly & assisting where neccessary. She is always approachful and professional as are all the staff. The cafe can get busy at peak times due to its popularity but there are plenty of staff on hand to assist.

Have been bringing my elderly parents to the cafe and shop here for many years and just want to express how amazing the staff are in both cafe and the shop. It isn't just that the food, products and environment is lovely it's the sense of community that the staff generate with their kindness and commitment to their customers. Not the best experience. Maybe me being a touch sensitive and just a bit reflective how invisible you become when you get past 70. I was brought up being told manners maketh the man and of late some of the checkout people, plus some of the customers at this Booths treat you like you don't exist. This visited ended in the person at the checkout conducting a conversation with a colleague and not even acknowledging that my card payment had concluded !! Came to the cafe this morning with my dad and partner. There was a technical problem with the printer in the kitchen meaning their breakfast ciabata's were missing and still not arrived after 25 minutes. When we informed them how long we'd been waiting they dealt with it exceptionally, apologising and offering another round of coffees brought to the table and some cakes to take away, and the missing items quickly came and were lovely. The food and coffees were all lovely, and the staff were brilliant and more than excelled.
