Customer Compliment – Outstanding Staff Member I would like to express my sincere appreciation for a member of your cleaning staff at your restaurant. On the morning of 26 April at around 10:49am, I accidentally spilled a cup of coffee while carrying four breakfast meals for my family. It was quite a stressful moment, especially with children around. A member of your cleaning staff kindly came over to help us immediately. She was extremely professional, calm, and thoughtful. Recently, there have been many homeless individuals coming into the restaurant, especially around 7 AM, when several of them enter and approach customers. They often ask customers for food or drinks, and when someone offers to buy for them, they choose the most expensive drink on the menu. This whole situation makes me feel unsafe and uncomfortable every time I visit. The atmosphere in the store is no longer pleasant, and it has made me less willing to come to this branch. I hope the management improves the safety and environment soon.

the customer service is so bad. i went there 3 times to ask for the toilet code and they didnt give me it, even though they kept my receipt !!!!!!
