Booked this venue for a birthday celebration. Dean was very helpful in helping me to plan the day to accommodate needs. Natalia led her team on the day were very accommodating and helpful and efficient in their service. The venue - beautiful, staff wonderful and the food was amazing. All in all it was a perfect afternoon. Many thanks to all the staff who contributed to an outstanding afternoon.

Well, took mum out for lunch today and what a lovely experience as always. What can I say … Abi was absolutely on point … very attentive, kind and respectful throughout our meal. She was great right from the start … I noticed a couple of times that she was checking by looking , without interrupting (I don’t mean this in a negative sense at all) it just shows that she knows exactly what she’s doing and did ask on a couple of occasions if everything was okay. This is the best roast I’ve had in Bristol. Roasties were crispy but fluffy, massive Yorkshire, good portion size too. Lovely decor, pristine toilets, excellent service.

Lovely venue, quick service. My eggs florentine was gritty (a sign of spinach not cooked well). I left over half of it, and the server did not question why I didn't eat my meal. The iced coffee was okay but watery.
