I am an avid cinema-goer and regularly attend screenings across multiple cinema chains. Upon entering, very nice and clean and inviting. Had a coffee at Costa before the film started. The toilets are a little bit updated and I was sad to see the disabled toilets were locked with a radar key access only. I forgot mine! Anyway, I used the normal toilets, ok, sani bins rammed and overflowing and smelt a bit well you know, a bit toilety. Anyhow was told to order food on the pay by card screens as it would be quicker, but decided to stay in the queue as I have a neurological condition and screens and processing information isn't that great for me. Awful experience. Had to queue to order drinks and popcorn before even entering so stood in a line in a foyer waiting for a “kiosk” to be free. The queue to order from a person was worse. There were no soft drinks available! At a cinema. On a weekend! It was 5pm on a Saturday and no soft drinks. Also no sweet popcorn. But mixed was available??????? Once ordered, has to queue to show tickets and then had to queue to wait for order.
