If I could give no stars, I would at this point. My kids LOVE McDonalds... this is our local and has been our most visited one for the last 5 years. However the standards have consistently SLIPPED. The last FOUR consecutive times we've been to the drive through and got home, only to realise SOMETHING is missing. You wouldn't think you'd have to look in a 9 nugget meal box to make sure there's actually 9 in there, but yes, you absolutely need to go through your order with a fine toothed comb. Even when you think it looks right, you'll get home to realise there's only 8 nuggets in the box!!!!! A

Whilst waiting cold fries were returned from a table after being tasted and staff put them into the fresh fries, mixed them in to heat them up then served them! -we refused our cross contaminated food and left there hungry. Appalling

Whenever we order from this Mcdonalds it is always a mess, no care taken when packing the bags everything looks like it was literally thrown in the bag and you either have to build your burger again or its crushed and looks like it has been run over. Large chips had less then our sons happy meal last time and the burger buns were burnt. Only time we have been happy with the meal was when we went to the restaurant to collect it ourselves.

I ordered from here as my local was not taking orders, so I assumed that this would be next best, was I wrong, I ordered food for my daughters at 6:40pm and the food did not arrive until 9:40pm I was fuming, I even phoned the store itself to see what the hold up was, and I kept getting cut off nobody would bother to pick the phone up, I will definitely not make the same mistake again!! Never ordering from this McDonald’s ever again!!!!!
