I ordered a mega mixed grill (not very mega) , but I think it went on a little trip to the charcoal kingdom—completely burnt to a crisp! If I wanted a blackened surprise, I’d have asked for it. The service? Let’s just say the staff had mastered the art of rudeness like it was their full-time job. But shoutout to the manager, who was super helpful and actually cared. Wish the steak and service took some notes from her.

We especially like to thank Louise who looked after us so well and organised us with the upmost of care, kindness and fun. Which all in all made it so much more special for my Mothers special day. I had carvery the meat was nice. The veg was under seasoned. The cauliflower cheese seemed to be missing any cheese. The gravy was pretty tasteless. It wasn't the worst meal I have had but it was a long way from the best.

An extremely inviting restaurant with fantastic service and consistently excellent food. We asked to sit by a window so we could keep an eye on our bike trailer, and Richard immediately moved us to a table without hesitation. He was incredibly helpful, understanding, and made us feel very welcome. The food quality is always top-notch here, which keeps us coming back. Highly recommended!
