From the Smiling welcome and helpful service to the Absolutely 1st class food I can totally recommend visiting The White Bear . I had the steak pie. It came with slightly crispy but fluffy inside home made chips, Well cooked veg, Beautiful rich thick but not lumpy gravy and I have saved the best for last as the pie pasty had crispy crust but so tasty and the meat was tender and tasted fabulous. No I don't work here or getting paid for my review lol. Just sat letting it settle and thought id give credit where where it was due This is my 1st visit but definitely not my last.

Another great English pub with great food and smiley service I think the food prices are really good and I like to take my wife there for good quality food and service. The inside looks nice and warming and the outside is large and nice especially for live music. Overall another great English pub

Shot in the dark location to meet up with family. Food very good, good selection that should keep everyone happy, homemade = made in house and those items were excellent, great burgers and that bought in was very good, recommend the pie as well. service was attentive and friendly so Rachel did a great job. selection of drinks very good usual kegs great selection of ales. All in all a nice place to visit and eat. Oh and a mention to the customers on a Tuesday night, what a lovely bunch you are
