The worst coffee I had…. I ordered a flat white and what I got was extremely hot cappuccino… lots of milk froth and extremely hot! The female barista not very friendly either…. No smile, no hello or thank you. Very poor customer service.

Visited Starbucks at Tandem center on Mother’s Day, there were 3 tables occupied, upstairs section was closed (as per usual), 3 members of staff were chatting behind the counter and the place looked like a hurricane came through it. Shameful to have 3 staff member standing and chatting while bins are overflowing and tables & seats are dirty and sticky. Such a pity to see this place being run by ppl who simply don’t care, while many ppl out there are looking for jobs.

I am absolutely shocked. Today I went there with my 9 year old. We ordered cookies and cream frapuchino. We asked if there were nuts because my daughter is allergic to nuts. The lady said "no". When my daughter got her drink - there were nuts. I asked another worker if it had nuts and she said "yes". I said to her that her colleague said it didn't have any nuts. She said that "sorry I wasn't there"?! I said you need to train your staff better, because my daughter has severe nut allergy, and within a minute she would have anaphylaxis shock. Although we were offered another drink, I have noticed

Stingy Starbucks, they stopped using cream for the foam as ‘it costs them too much’ when they charge £6.30 for the drink. Amount of cream for the drink probably costs them approx 20p. Also the lady was very truthful and told us it’s the manager who has made this decision, but the man with the face mask at the till is very blunt and I understand you want to wear a face mask but at least wear one where you can understand what you say!! Used to come nearly every other day, won’t be coming again to have cheaply made coffee.
