Just a fantastic place to feel comfortable and at home. Liam is genuinely interested in making sure guests have everything they need. I would, without question stay here again if we ever make it back. Close to the train station, shops, and pubs. Well away from the noise and hustle and bustle of Glasgow, but close enough for convenience. Liam made time to check how our stay was going daily even though he was busy with kitchen renovations. Staying here you don't feel like a number. Strongly suggest staying here to anyone thinking of coming to the area or surrounding areas.

Great location, 5 minute walk from the train station. Plenty of pubs and places to eat within walking distance. The hotel was warm and charming with loads of character. Liam, the hotel manager is an absolute gentleman. I had clothes that needed washing and he offered to wash and dry them for me at the hotel. Priced well, great value for what is offered, if ever traveling thru Motherwell again, I am 100% staying here.

Liam was incredibly helpful when I had issues with a booking (my end not his) he could not have been nicer or more helpful! Fantastic customer service and although we didn’t end up being able to go the weekend that was booked for personal reasons, I would definitely book with Liam if/ when we make the trip
