First and last visit. "Booked" a table for 11, no record of the booking. Credit to the bar staff, who despite being on his own, resolved the issue and put some tables together for us. It wasnt busy which was a blessing. We waited 1 hour 5 mins for food, 2 of the orders were wrong and the remaining 2 orders bot even prepared, by the time the remaining 4 dishes arrived the others had finished and we had waited 90 mins for food. Nice atmosphere and beer garden, also staff were lovely and friendly. However don’t eat here. Ordered 2 chicken burgers and tenders came to £31.50. Burger buns were rock hard. Consistency of digestive biscuits lol. Also charging £6.50 for 4 frozen little nuggets (burnt). Disappointing because previously the food was lovely and affordable.

Group of 7 arrived for our dinner reservation. We were told the kitchen was closing & they could not accommodate us. it was 6pm on a Saturday night. Explanation given-they defrost food for meal prep & had run out of food. We received no notification. This was meant to be our first family meal together to celebrate my husband’s return to Sheffield after 40 years. Truly disappointing.

Jess served us for bottomless brunch and I can't thank her enough for the amazing service! we were a large table but she was absolutely incredible, really great service. the food and drinks were perfect too, such wide choices and wonderful execution. an amazing experience all round!!
