We came to this Cafe by chance as Wetherspoons couldn’t do breakfast as their fryers were out of order and so glad we did. Proper tasty traditional full English perfectly good and great service and a decent price too. If I am in Newbury again I will be coming back for sure.

This hidden gem serves the best food! We both had the poached eggs with avocado & smoked salmon on toast for brunch and have to say I have never tasted better. Everything was beautifully fresh and perfectly cooked. I rarely give 10/10 but this little cafe earned every point of that score.

Opens at 7am which is excellent. A warm welcome by all the polite staff. Good quality full English breakfast at a reasonable price, there is a map on the wall that traces their ingredients, coffee is good also. The background music was eclectic, from crying into your coffee one minute to blowing your whistle the next... brilliant. Highly recommended.

Saturday late morning visit, plenty of seating. Very good disabled access ramp to all internal areas and large lavatory to manoeuvre in, with sliding door - needs a slight push to latch locked. Food was extremely prompt, and very reasonably priced. Service was also very good, knocked a knife off the table and a new cutlery set was delivered before I could even pick it up.
