Cafe was very busy but we got our main courses in about 15-20 minutes. This was fine as we had been warned it could take a while. We had four main courses and this cost under 30 pounds, including a single drink. All the dishes tasted good. The staff seem to be a bit overwhelmed at busy times but all I had to do was ask and the very helpful staff cleaned our table and the floor. Everyone was very friendly and the staff engaged with regulars who sat around us. The food tasted good and was served piping hot. You line up with a tray for your order. The line can take a while but the queue was order

You always good service and quality products. I went there for the cafe, which was nice. The un nerving thing for me was walking into the women's lingerie section after having my cuppa!

Lovely M&S in Newbury. All the Xmas clothes available in store. Clothes situated ground floor and 1st floor. Lovely big food hall with plenty to choose from. Nice clean and tidy store, staff very helpful.
