I had such a great experience at Nando’s thanks to Sophie. From the moment we were seated, she was friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. She made sure everything was perfect throughout our visit and went above and beyond to check in on us. Her positive attitude and great customer service really stood out and made the whole experience even better. When we visited today, nobody greeted us at the door. We stood for 5 mins, before walking upstairs where we were eventually greeted. It was busy, but we were seated almost immediately. After placing our orders, we waited 15 mins before I went to the till to ask for our drinks - literally just the refillable glasses so they weren’t even spending time making these. Whilst here, I also mentioned that I had paid and ordered a garlic perinaise sauce. The girl at the till told me she would bring this over to the table. A couple mins later, my food arrived but my friend still waited at least an extra

The restaurant is upstairs, two steps need maintenance. A big lamp hugging from the ceiling is very beautiful but a bit broken now. I wonder about the cleanliness of the restaurant on my way up... Very friendly welcome and service, nice chicken and big portions. It wasn't very busy and it was very comfortable and agradable to be there. Nice views from the big window by the tables to Newcastle and the square. Nothing to complain, just a bit more love to get this five stars.
