“Food was amazing and hot, customer service spot on”

The food is tasty, and I have enjoyed the lamb doner several times before. However, on one occasion I found a hair in my lamb doner, which was very disappointing. Since then, I haven't felt comfortable ordering it again. I hope the restaurant pays closer attention to food hygiene and quality control, as the food itself is otherwise very good.

I visited this restaurant on 24.02.2026 The chicken I was served appeared to be spoiled — it had a bad smell and unpleasant taste, and I could not eat it. I also noticed what looked like poor hygiene standards in the kitchen area, which was very concerning. I reported the issue immediately and asked for a refund, but the staff refused to return my money. Very disappointed with both the food quality and the way the situation was handled. I cannot recommend this place based on my experience
