The lady keeps getting my order wrong. The day before I asked for a vanilla protein matcha latte with strawberry sauce and I was given iced caramel protein latte. I was in a rush and I assumed it was a small mistake so I left. Today I walked in and ordered an ice vanilla matcha latte with protein and when it was ready the same thing happened again. It was a caramel latte so I sent it back saying it was on my name but it was the wrong order. Great customer service and product !!! Went there on my birthday and got myself a free drink. I was not sure what to get and the barista helped me with the process. Got a venti caramel frappucino and loved it! The drink was not too cold. Unlike other shops, the drink had very good amount of cream and caramel syrup in it. The employees were very nice and happy to attend us even though they were closing the store. And also something important to share about, I had a photo which I wanted to cut out the edges and I was asking all stores around but none helped me. The barista here was so sweet, sh

Well i loved this location, trams -buses -cars ppl walking ...the shops walls are all glass where you can enjoy you short time drink...the theatre royal is just beside it... The place is sparkling clean, setting up is perfect (small tables, order area..etc) even if many costumers you feel its not crowded simply... The Mocha praline macchiato was perfect, the cookie was fresh and tasty... The staff was friendly, polite and active ... It was a perfect ten trail...i must visit again to re-evaluate.
