last time i went in the workers were very nice, this time i went there was this woman that was talking my order she didnt understand what i was trying to order i was asking about how much it would cost and if topping add on to the price and she said yes, i asked for peperoni she said well it will add more money and she never put it so i told her can you put some please and there was some left and she said no theres none left? she asked me if i wanted cheese and toasted and i had to say yes 2 times with mozzarella.

We were just trying to get into the subway, nothing unusual, just four of us heading out together, when we got stopped at the entrance. The staff took one look at us and decided we weren’t allowed in, saying we “looked like the type” who had caused trouble or stolen before. My sandwich was perfect. My partner's sandwich was missing the cheese, sauce and salad, so was essentially a piece of bread with some veggie steak pieces on it. I don't understand how so many elements could have been missed. That is apparently £7 worth of sandwich...
