We visited this Mexican restaurant for dinner and unfortunately left quite disappointed, especially considering the price we paid. The food did not feel fresh or authentic. The tortilla chips tasted like they came straight out of a supermarket bag, and the salad seemed very basic—something you could easily buy pre-made from a shop. The rice also appeared to be microwave rice, lacking flavour and texture. For starters, we ordered items like jalapeños and tortillas, but these also seemed reheated rather than freshly prepared. This restaurant has a fun atmosphere and friendly staff. We appreciated that they were willing to make a special margarita we requested, though my partner had to go up to the bar to place the order. The food was fresh and flavourful — the pulled pork was tasty but a bit too wet for our liking. Overall, a good spot for casual Mexican fare with great drink options.

This is such a great place! Seven of us turned up and had a great time with fantastic fresh food (veg, meat, and non allergen!) and wondrous spicy margaritas. JC was a wonderful host - the staff were all super - it made an important reunion very special. Also - sombreros. (Couldn’t get everyone in a photo …) Love this place!
