We stumbled onto this while looking for somewhere to eat rather than where we were in Sandford. As people that really love Italian food and have enjoyed several trips across Italy we were very impressed. Bruscetta was so nice. I dont normally enjoy balsamic vinegar but this was so nice. Pizza is fantastic and better than what ive had in Naples. The affagato took me straight back to Florence, beautiful. The tiramisu was also really nice. They stock the red label Peroni which ive only managed to have across the Mediterranean and is much better than what we get in thr UK. Topped off by a comp

Absolute little gem, came here with my partner and the food and atmosphere was wonderful. Really friendly staff and the pizza I had was insanely good. My partner had the lasagne and he absolutely loved it. They gave us little mint chocolate squares with the bill, couldn't recommend this place more!! Also their bathroom was really nice (scented candles and nice soap and disability friendly). Really lovely place!

After a good walk around Poole Park and The Harbour and Town today we found Pizzeria Valona. It was earlyish for dinner but they were open at 4pm. A lovely warm welcome from Lilia who took our order promptly. So Meatballs are incredible! Olives with bread perfect. Mediterranean Salad was delicious to compliment the Divola pizza and a superb quality bottle of Primitivo Red Wine! Compliments to the chef, his team and his massive pizza oven! Definitely will be a regular place for us!
