This is our local cake shop but recently couple of visits been very disappointed,The cake I think not freshly made though I have requested not to serve me old cake as I brought for my daughter birthday some of them was little smelly,Please look at the pictures? I would like to ask the owner please take it seriously and do your best to serve fresh cake and do regular checking if the cake is in good and healthy conditions.

Ordered a birthday cake for my daughter unfortunately the piping wasn't stuck on properly and fell apart, it looks very messy and not professional at all. When I reached out to mention this to them I was completely ignored. I've ordered from the Roman road branch before without any problems and I wouldn't recommend coming to this branch at all.

I ordered a nuetella cake and photos are of what i got. A broken crushed melted cake that was stinking. Also it doesnt look anywhere close to what is in the pictures. I suggest not to order from here.

Ordered the choco brownie cake for 12:30. Called at 11.30 asking if it would be ready and they said yes. I arrive and they give me the cake but kinder Buenos instead of brownies on the topping, without mentioning it. I had to bring it up when presented with the cake. I said that's not what I ordered and they said they had run out of stock. I said you could have told me when I called at 11.30. She couldn't really say anything back and just offered a complimentary small cake on top. I would have cancelled the whole order if they had just told me at 11.30. But I had already made the journey so t
