I would like to express my sincere appreciation to the novotel reading staff during my stay. A special thank you to Yassine who assisted me when I requested help as Yassine was going the extra mile. Thank you novotel for making my business trip in reading a comfortable one. Rituals gift was a nice touch, good service and good breakfast. Bed was firm enough, ample storage space for clothes/luggage. Toilet was near the entrance of the door while bath and shower located opposite the bed. Filter water provided at bar on level 0.

I stayed for 2 nights for work. Location is brilliant, few minutes walk from the train station and the office. Breakfast and dinner were tasty and generous portions, the staff were friendly and helpful however the wait for being seated and served in the restaurant on every occasion was very long. The swimming pool is a great addition but the lockers didn’t work on the second day. My room was on the 4th floor, large comfortable bed, bathroom with shower and bath and lots of space, only downside was the view to a brick wall and next building windows very close. Absolutely enjoyed our stay here, we had an executive room for 2 nights, including breakfast, the breakfast was delicious and had good choices, it was stocked up regularly and offered a vast selection of foods, juices & hot drinks. The room was spacious, clean & modern. The staff was extremely friendly, Thank you for such a lovely stay.

Really good stay. We used it to catch a train in to London for a family event. Staff were friendly and helpful. We arranged the car parking in advance, that was about vague about if we had a spot or not. The room was clean, we had to ask for some more towels, as not enough for the 4 of us in the room. Relatively quiet, and everyone slept. In the morning we paid for breakfast. Food very tasty and warm. Again staff all very friendly. Only negative was that the room was a bit warm with 4 of us in it with no A/C. Would stay there again.
