I’m never coming to this branch again, This branch consistently disappoints. I ordered a footlong and there was barely anything inside. It mainly tasted like bread and when i said to add more he said this is all he can add but that is not true as I’ve been to other branches and they make a proper sandwich. I also had a reward on the app which was a free meal upgrade and i scanned it and the guy at the till said it did not work and to come next time and I showed him I had a reward but was arguing with me that it is not valid when it clearly says it is valid before 3/03 and I came at 1/03. Too disappointed, the fillings were scanty in one ,one was ok but few ingredients had a rotten taste. There are better deli and sandwich places. Have had better sandwiches in subways but would keep this as the last option going forward.

I only ever come here because its the closest Subway to me. After several negative experiences I will definitely not be back. The two ladies behind the till were rude and clearly not trained. She was picking up one piece of lettuce at a time, why is there rationing going on with the ingredients? Asked her to add more as 1 jalapeño for a foot long isnt sufficient. She rolled her eyes and proceeded to add an extra jalapeño. When I got home, there was a hair in my sub, straight into the bin that went! The worst experience, not even the first time. Usually I get my order on click and collect and have not received any problems doing so but today 07/01/2026 the service, attitude, everything from the two girls behind the counter was absolutely terrible. No customer service at all. They were both extremely rude shouting at me and my husband who shall I mention was a former Subway restaurant Manager (not to this one but he said if they were his staff they would be fired) Ordering him 'to pay now' yet they hadn't even put our entire order together and totalled it up.
