Lovely place, newly refurbished, nice staff. Very clean and seats inside and outside with free WiFi. Wanted to have Latte Marcha but they don’t serve it there. Not much selection of sandwiches, would have liked a choice of brown bread without cheese.

Staff here were really good. They don't ask your name, which is better than other branches as Rumpelstiltskin usually gets a sarcastic raised eyebrow from the other, usual surly teenage barista, presumably because it's hard to fit on the cup. They serve their drinks in bucket sized vessels like Starbucks do and the place was positively overflowing with hipsters producing social media content on the free WiFi and their mother's Mac book pro. Not bad

The entrance to this Starbucks isn't immediately obvious ... you have you drive into the service station and then go around the left hand side of the Shell garage to access it. The signage isn't really adequate, but at least there's lots of free parking. Even at quiet times, you'll be queuing unnecessarily and sadly the standards of coffee making are a little poor. You'll find most of your latte is made of foam (there should be ZERO foam in a latte, if you want foam; order a cappuccino) and sadly the cleanliness standards aren't up to par. Drive through always takes an age, staff are polite but nothing more. Had 2 drinks given me recently with lids not attached properly, resulting in coffee floating around my car. More expensive than the other Starbucks in Preston as well for some bizarre reason.
