The first was when I ordered to takeaway and the Parmo was cold and overcooked so I ended up throwing it away. The second time we ate in and the waiting time for the main course was nearly an hour despite us being the first visitors to arrive by which we had finished our drinks already, and by the time the food had arrived it was just to say edible but nothing fantastic considering the prices.
