Very disappointing experience. Ordered to meals and some sides to takeaway and fries were stone cold the bread was soggy and cold, onion fries missing and chipotle cheese sauce all burnt around the sides almost like it was microwaved one too many times. Surprising because there was a total of 6 member of staff and the restaurant was pretty much empty. So no excuse really for cold food specially when we had to wait ages for it. Not sure I will be coming back to this branch in particular as service was really anything special.

We had a wonderful dinner here with my partner and our two very fussy kids. The atmosphere was lovely and we all felt relaxed and chilled. The service from all the staff was absolutely incredible - so approachable, friendly, and helpful! My kids are pretty fussy eaters, so it was a bit of a gamble trying them with the slim chicken! But to our surprise, both my 10-year-old and 3-year-old absolutely loved it, and so did my partner and I. The food was delicious and it was served really quickly. We'll definitely be back again! Thanks to all the staff and chefs, of course!

I use this place more than I'd like to admit... I honestly think the chicken tenders here are as good, if not better than these 'specialist' street food vendors! Also their sauce selection is 2nd to none. The staff are always excellent and are a big factor on the whole experience... would choose Slim Chickens over KFC and Maccies everyday!

It is so rare to come across someone who is not only excellent at their job but also genuinely kind and authentic. ​Lauren has this incredible way of making you feel like a regular, even if it’s your first time in.
