Had our Daughters 8th birthday party here and they had the best time. All the staff were so helpful and kept checking if we needed anything. The amount of food they got for the money was amazing and had great fun creating their own ice cream sundaes. They also made the birthday cake for us which was lovely. Would definitely recommend if you are thinking of booking a kids party.

I visited the long awaited creams in Redhill last week and I ordered the cookie dough and ice cream and a birthday cake milkshake. The service was good and the staff were friendly. Considering it had only been open a few days the staff seemed knowledgeable in the menu and what ingredients to use to make the order. I found this surprising considering there are many complicated menu items with multiple ingredients to make it. So bonus points there. The decorations inside are a nice touch with enough seating areas for even the busy times of the day. I would definitely go back and order again.

My family and I arrived at Creams in Redhill at 16:50 after hearing about their anniversary 18p a scoop offer on any flavour of ice cream before 5pm. Having queued for over 10 mins instore, we were told as it was now after 5pm which was when the offer ended we could no longer have the offer as advertised. We were instead offered a 50% discount on their standard price of £2.95 a scoop. I could understand if we had arrived to the store after 5pm, but as we were already in the store before 5pm and the manager had to walk past us to close the doors to prevent further customer coming in, to be told
