Absolutely Disgusting – Do NOT Order From Here I don’t even know where to begin. The bun on my burger arrived solid frozen — not cold, not slightly chilled — literally frozen. It was rock hard and completely inedible. On top of that, the food itself was not cooked properly. Totally unacceptable and honestly concerning. When we rang to sort it out, instead of offering to immediately replace the meal, they told us they would “just give the money back” — but only if we sent all the food back first. So after receiving inedible, poorly cooked food, we’re expected to package it up and return it? T

I genuinely disagree with some of the bad reviews below. I thoroughly enjoyed my meal at Toronto's and would definitely go back again. I tried the spicy chicken burger meal with cheese, for £5.50 and although I have had better burgers before, this one was still pretty decent for the money. The meal, was hot, fresh and tasty. By the sounds of things, you should go and actually eat at the restaurant, rather than rely on drivers delivering for the well known delivery companies.

Called up to confirm if the chips were included in the meal when ordering food. He confirmed there was but to be safe I ordered over the phone for delivery and explicitly mentioned I WANT CHIPS. I even ordered dips which they made me pay extra for. why would I order food with dips and not chips. The guy on the phone struggled with English. why would you put a guy on the phone who can’t understand English???

I wish I could give them 1 star! How do they allow themselves to refry food and deliver old, stale and dry as a desert chicken to anyone who has paid for food! Do they not feel embarrassed?! The chips were so dry, they were powdery, they felt like chips that have been fried and left out the day before and then just heated up and delivered. These are people with no integrity or honour for their business, no self respecting person would serve that to anyone. Imagine throwing food in the bin, because it's too dry to eat, or swallow without a drink! Thanks to uber eats for a refund; however I woul
