Interaction with staff after ordering on the terminal was them shouting out your number. No enjoy your meal or the straws are over there. Struggled to find somewhere to sit as most tables were full of rubbish. When I'd finished the bins were over flowing. Worst restaurant I've ever been in for cleanliness. Obviously not enough staff to serve and manage the place. Highlight was the toilets were reasonably clean. Also isn't the gravy supposed to be tasty and thick, not flavoured brown water and tiny for £2.

I prefer this layout to the other KFCs I’ve been to. More seating downstairs is nice and less hassle of not having to go upstairs, when the seating area’s full, compared to some KFCs, with less seating. There’s Not enough screens though, so ordering can be a chore, having to wait in queues sometimes… Food wise, no issues so far whilst eating in about 5 occasions. My food has always been hot and so far my orders have been correct each time. I am always given a Chicken drumstick with my Box meal and never a Chicken Breast! Which is annoying… Overall-Tasty Chicken and a nice atmosphere. Edit:

Good service. Polite staff. Ambient atmosphere. Medium size fries are miniscule. Chicken burger meal was warm. Could have been hotter. Ask if you want hot food. Large meal is recommended as medium is small. Medium is probably good for an eight to ten stone man. Staff forgot to tell us where the straws, spoons, forks and tissues were. They were right of the counter. On the whole it's good for a quick appetizer meal.

Good quality food however i was shocked to learn that you cannot buy or receive extra sauces ie bbq… the only extra sauce they will allow you to have is ketchup. Surely if you’re willing to pay for the extras you should be allowed. You cannot compete with the likes of McDonald’s who give away any sauce all bar the big ones for free… but then again you’re able to purchase extra big pots if you wish.
