Great store set in the busy centre of Romford. All the usual clothing for men and women, it also has a very extensive selection in the food hall. Very good choices and deals to be had.

This isn't just Romford but l find all m&s stores a little bit dated. That said the Gents clothing is very very good the cafe serves good coffee and cakes (cheese scones) the best. Don't have e much use for bras and knickers but it's always full of lady's. The food hall is just the best best.

Today I went to M&S Romford. I left my rucksack somewhere in the changing room or toilet. After I realised looking where I'd been I went and asked for help Amy the manager was most helpful enquired for me but at that point it was not to be found. Then Amy was caring enough taking my phone and said she would call me if it was handed in. After leaving the shop a customer handed it in and Amy called me straight away, I was able to go back and collect the bag and all it's contents. It was a great relief as my husband and I had just returned from a London hospital and his prescription was in my ru

The store closes at 18:45. Turned away at the door on several occasions now despite wanting to grab dinner and be out the store within 5min. Otherwise, is a lovely local shop
