Genuinely not sure how or why anyone orders from this incompetent place anymore. Sending out subpar food for higher prices than most places - you think considering that, they'd be able to read the order notes on a ticket. But I'm actually not at all surprised, the surprise would be that they can infact read. If you call up to complain, "Billy" will just give you the run around, give you some nonsense about how they'll discount you next time, but "Billy" makes sure they never do.
