super sweet spot in a very cool area. we went in on a sunday morning and managed to find a spot, even if quite busy. the service is quick and runs smoothly, we got a tiramisù bun (weekend special), quite sweet,a pistachio brionut, and a mango and coconut bun, which was our favorite, very delicate! The pistachio brionut tasted a bit like artificial pistachio flavoring, so we didn't finish it. we also got an oat cappuccino and decaf cappuccino which were good. I recommend if you are in the area! 🫶

My schedule normally does not allow me to visit cafes that close early at 3pm, but I decided to drop by Comptoir Bakery Maltby today and I am so glad I did. I went in just before noon on a Monday and it was pretty quiet. I ordered a filter coffee in my own reusable cup for £3.05 which is an incredible deal for London. The coffee was delicious. It was not as hot as I would have liked, but it had a lovely sweetness, a full body, and clear chocolatey notes. The pastries looked amazing, especially the pistachio ones.
