Terrible experience. I gave this place several chances, hoping it would improve, but every visit has been disappointing. The drinks were awful I’m sorry to say this, but they were undrinkable. The ice cream I was served seemed spoiled. It had strange lumps and an unusual smell, which made me feel very uncomfortable. This is genuinely disappointing because I really wanted to like this place, but unfortunately, my experience has been consistently poor.

Visited today and spent £100 with a party of 6. Wrong drink came and asked if we could have the hot version the blonde lady ignores. Asked another member of staff who said yes but then the lady went to speak to him and he stopped. Didn’t have the decency to tell us we couldn’t have it. Hadn’t touched the other drink. One waffle came without one of the toppings but by this point seemed pointless to ask. At the end asked if it was possible to get this drink, the lady was so rude. WILL NOT BE BACK! Next doors waffle place was a lot busier which we nearly went into and I can see why…

A recent visit pleasantly surprised me, they had every item on the menu available! Great improvement. I’ve added another star to my review. Old review- Be ready to get disappointed as they may not have all the flavours. How can you imagine ice-cream without chocolate.

Updated review as of 25/02 4 star to 5 star 🌟 Exceptional service, friendly and polite staff. Kaspas has done a great job in staff selection this time. The crepes, ice cream selections are amazing. I tried the bubble tea and they are awesome. Initial review: Great ambiance....good quality products...friendly staff except very few😊
