*FOOD POISONING* Myself and my partner visited KFC Ruislip late on Friday 14th June and ordered a 6 piece Family Feast. At the time, we had no complaints about the food and everything appeared to be cooked properly. I should add that KFC is not somewhere I generally choose to eat due to previous poor experiences, but after a long journey back from the south of the country, it was the most convenient option available. Not aware of hygiene. Can't be bothered to tidy up the restaurant. Bits of food all over the table. They ran out of cooked chicken and had to cook more. There were about 8 to 10 customers. How do you run out of cooked chicken when that is your bread and butter? I was promised 15 minutes which turned to half an hour wait. No apologies after I chased up my food. The chicken size was small. Cut backs? Was not worth the wait.

Ordered from here via Delhi too? Received a fillet burger and beans? When I ordered a zinger box meal with mash as the side and hot wings. Only thing they got right was the bottle of water

I had a takeaway from the KFC branch in Ruislip High Street. The food was hot, and the portion size was generous. The staff handled the order quickly even though the place was quite busy. The seating area looked clean and comfortable. A reliable fast-food spot when you want something quick and familiar.
