“Very friendly staff, lovely coffee's, and a good kiddy meal”

Good stuff; Big, lots of space for the kids to play and the staff are lovely. Bad stuff; Very, very expensive. £10+ per meal is restaurant prices for microwave food, completely ridiculous for a soft play area. Coffees are £4 each Ice creams are nearly a tenner for 3. Wild. Many of the sensory toys aren't on or are broken.

First of all, for our situation it merits 2 stars.. we have a 10 month old. If he was 4+ it would be 4/5 stars. Let me explain.. Cost £8 entry (over double of all softplay places we've visited this month) Toddler area not really well maintained. Electric/sensory amusements weren't working. Would be really disappointed if they did work because as there were 3 toddlers on site when we arrived they should have been turned on. Found the older children play area quite large with nice features (race track, footballl area) and the older children there seemed to be enjoying themselves. Also didn't ord

This place is amazing, the staff are so helpful and lovely. The food/drinks and snacks are great. It's clean throughout including the toilets which isnt always the case at play centres. The whole place is huge with a massive variety of play equipment for all ages. I travel 45/50 mins to get here as its well worth the drive, parking is pretty good and they have extra spaces at the back of their building. My children are aged 9 and 10 and beg to come here weekly. I recommend this place all the time to my friends. Definitely come as your children will not be disappointed. We love it.
