Christmas day in kababeesh was absolutely lovely. Firstly our welcome was great and first time my mother had been in an Indian restaurant as she doesn't eat spicy foods but we persuaded her to come along and eat with the family and she loved it. The owner asked his chefs to cook my mother the fish without the spices and she was surprised how lovely it was and enjoyed it. Secondly the chef cooked my mother a steak and I must say.. wow it looked and tasted amazing 👏 it came with chips and vegetables and the peppercorn sauce. She loved it. They took time to look after my mum and cater for someon

My first return visit in around 30 years. My friend called and booked a table, which was not recorded in the diary, which could have caused an issue if it had been busier. The service was good but not great, hence the score, however staff are friendly and accommodating. Our food was very good, especially the mains, but I have had better masala fish starters, again hence the score. Beer on draft, in my opinion the Cobra was better than the Kingfisher. Overall, it was a good experience and I would return, especially for the Sukha Railway Curry.

Ordered from here loads of times before, we really enjoyed their food. Then tonight after ordering what we order all the time without issue, we had a really rude young lad ring up and talk to my wife like dirt. Wont ever come back here again. Lad needs to learn some manners.
