We visited what was advertised as an Indian restaurant, but it appeared to be Bengali-owned, which felt somewhat misleading. We ordered the tandoori mixed grill and fish, and unfortunately the food did not taste fresh. The sheesh kebab in particular had the texture and flavour of frozen meat, and overall the food felt reheated rather than freshly prepared. The quality of the meat was poor. Great traditional curry house. Too many now seem to be going towards fine dining and fancy dishes. This is just great old-school delicious curry's. My dish even had carved veg on it. Can't wait to go back.
